Article 7. Force Majeure
In the event that, as a result of an earthquake, typhoon, fire, infectious disease, pandemic, orders issued by public authorities, war, civil unrest, strike, suspension of transportation or accommodation services, or other circumstances of force majeure beyond the Company’s control, it becomes impossible to provide the contracted services, the Company shall endeavor to modify the itinerary or reschedule the travel dates.
Before the trip begins, the Client may terminate the package tour contract organized upon request without being required to pay planning fees or cancellation fees.
Likewise, the Company may terminate the contract even after the trip has begun. In such case, it shall refund the Client the portion of the price corresponding to tourism services not yet used, deducting cancellation fees, penalties, and any other costs already paid or payable to the relevant providers.
When the Company terminates the travel contract, it may, at the Client’s request and at the Client’s expense, make the necessary arrangements to organize the Client’s return to the place of departure.
The Company shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or other losses arising from the circumstances described above.
